Hello all,

While U.S. focused, I think this will be relevant for many interested in
open development, given the size / impact of U.S. foreign assistance. If
you're based in Washington DC, though, you can join the event
<http://www.publishwhatyoufund.org/updates/by-country/us/event-2015-u-s-aid-transparency-review-launch/>
at 10:30 am today.

The 2015 U.S. Aid Transparency Review is out today:
http://roadto2015.org/us-review

*The 2015 Review finds that, despite progress, the U.S. continues to fail
its aid transparency commitments, to publish aid information by December
2015.*

USAID has made the largest progress since 2014, moving from being off to on
track. MCC continues its sustained leadership on transparency by scoring
Very Good, while PEPFAR has also moved up a performance category. However,
PEPFAR, along with State, Treasury and Defense, is still off track and will
not meet the commitment the U.S. has made to the global community unless
they redouble their efforts immediately.

We also have an infographic

and documentary film <https://vimeo.com/129117891> on open data in Nepal,
to view and share as well.
