Dear Open Development working group,

The Open Data Labs <http://labs.webfoundation.org/> (run by the World Wide
Web Foundation <http://webfoundation.org/>) has two new openings in the
Jakarta team, namely:

*Research and Innovation Manager
*As our Jakarta Lab’s Research and Innovation Manager, you get to handle
some of the really cool stuff—our research and innovation projects. You
will be expected to take a deep look at the use and impact of open data in
the Asia-Pacific region, including identifying workable models, trainings,
and scalable open data projects. We’d also expect you to help us grow our
innovation portfolio by contributing towards building tools, knowledge
products, processes and services tackling the potential of open data for
social change.*

*Open Data Developer
*Our Open Data Developer will build on the Jakarta Lab’s activities and
data innovation projects across Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region.
This entails a hands-on approach wherein you could share and build on your
technical, as well as interdisciplenary, skills. As part of this, you will
be responsible for conducting, liaising and supporting partners with
technical and data skills training or capacity-building to better advocate
open data and its practices in the region.*

The details and requirements of the openings are in the URLs linked in the
above descriptions. We would like to request the sharing of these openings
to your subscribers list, as we believe it would help us generate a good
and strong list of candidates for said positions.

Thank you very much! Should you have any questions about the Labs or our
openings, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Warm regards,
Denise Karunungan
