OK, nobody replied to this email; neither to the one on Tuesday. So I
interpret this as saying I should write both texts. Will do that. Hope
nobody complains afterwards. Will write it according to what I think you
might like.
Best wishes, Dirk

Hi guys,

All the travel formalities for our participation at the finalists conference
are solved now. Remaining things are:

1. We received a questionnaire with questions such as "Why do you think your
application is unique" and "What sort of change will happen because of your
application". I think we should agree on this text as a group. They want it
"at our earliest convenience", so we should get this done this weekend.
Anyone keen to draft this?; it would be very much appreciated. Otherwise I
could write a text based on yourtopia.net/how and wiki.okfn.org/ProgressVote,
but not all might like this. Reactions, please.
You find the questionnaire at
https://spreadsheets.google.com/a/common-future.org/viewform?formkey=dEF5X0pGUGp0YVA1dFcwTDVxUHZsV0E6MQ
and it seems that I would have to submit it now.

2. I discussed with Guo that I could compose a presentation and hand-out.

3. Friedrich: It would be great if we could meet before that conference (or
call at least) and rehearse a bit. Some chance in between 10 and 13th?

One thing about scheduling: I currently have quite a significant amount of
work for finishing off university in Ghent and would very much appreciate if
people could help particularly with point 1 since that is the most urgent. I
will then block the days between my last deadline (April 10th) and the
conference to spend all my time on point 2.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes,

Dirk
