1) Actually, I would suggest that we do not add any changes from now
on - officially, the version is supposed to be "frozen" since
submission. If it turns out we have made changes now, we might be in
trouble and be disqualified. Since we are already this far, I would
suggest we keep things as they are - never touch a running system.

2) Dirk, I think you should seriously consider going there. It has
been your idea from the beginning and you have also spent considerably
effort in this - stop being so modest ;)

3) Please remember that we have to reply until the 31st of March. By
then I would need to pass on the passport number and related details
so they can issue an invitation.
