[open-economics] Energy.PublicData error with IE

Problem is this line in index.html

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; /ee/index.html"> 

According to this discussion on stackoverflow..
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/522353/meta-refresh-doesnt-work

..the problem could be solved by changing the line to

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=/ee/index.html">
