[open-economics] [Open-access] Data Policies of Economic Journals

Hi Ross,
We usually use #openecon though not very recently. Sometimes people might
refer to #openecon for "open economy" rather than "open economics", but it
is quite rare.
I would support that as a hashtag for the coming workshop.
