[open-economics] Launching YourTopia Italia: Progress in Italy, defined by You

Dear all,

I am happy to announce the launch of YourTopia Italia - I would like to
thank Marian, Rosamaria, Dirk and everybody else for their hard work during
the past weeks in finalising this project.
