[open-economics] global remittances visualization

Interesting! Not sure anyone from OKF is involved (at least not that I
am aware of).

That said, we did something similar though --- and it's fairly easy to
get these type of graphs using D3/Protovis.

Gregor did this using OECD DAC aid data:
