[open-economics] Innocentive Challenge: Seeking Creative Use Cases for Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge

Hey Jia,

Thanks for this hint - it would be interesting what people will come up
with - this sounds like a really relevant topic to our project. Thomson
Reuters have the ulterior motive to use some of these ideas and prototypes
for the Data Citation Index.

Let's see what the Data Citation
index<http://wokinfo.com/products_tools/multidisciplinary/dci/> would
be - it is promised as a collaborative research and data exchange platform,
but in a proprietary system...
