[open-economics] [Yourtopia] Yourtopia revamp

I think italia.yourtopia.net is the better version to point people at the
moment and is still fully operational.

It would be great to convert yourtopia.net to use the same backend as
italia.yourtopia.net (but that will take a bit of time).
