Recent paper on unitization that I just ran into
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/nrm.12042/abstract
It has a nice analysis of oil contracts before going on to a theoretical
model. This gives us another basis of comparison besides Libecap's work on
contracts and unitization.
