[Open-education] Education Freedom Day 2014

Hi Idriss,

This looks like a fab initiative and it would be great for the Open 
Education Working Group to be involved in some way, maybe through an 
online activity related to the handbook 
<http://education.okfn.org/handbook/>? I'll give it some thought - but 
if anyone has any ideas...let us know.

There are quite a few awareness raising days/weeks related to open 
education now - the ones that come to mind are:

  * Open Education Week (10-15 March 2014): http://www.openeducationweek.org
  * Open Access Week (October 2014?) http://www.openaccessweek.org
  * Open data day (22 Feb 2014) http://opendataday.org

Any others?
