[Open-education] Open Education Handbook Booksprint update

For those who haven't seen already there is now a blog post 
<http://education.okfn.org/open-education-handbook-booksprint/> on the 
Open Education Working Group site on how our Open Education Handbook 
Booksprint went. It was a very productive day, thank you to all who 
participated.

We are currently deciding what software the v1 on the handbook will sit 
in, after that we will be opening it up to the wider community. Updates 
will be posted to this list.
