We have 2 new posts for you in our Open Education from Around the World
series:

  * Open Education Holland by Alette Baartmans
  * Open Education Greenland by an M. Pawlowski, Henri Pirkkalainen, Ole
    Thorleifsen and Sofoklis A. Sotiriou

Both tackle very different aspects of open education. Alette looks at
open data use around education and a recent app challenge that had
people designing tools to so parents can make a well-informed decisions
about the appropriate school for their child. The other post covers
barriers and opportunities for ICT and in particular Open Educational
Resources for Greenland, a country that faces unique challenges such as
environment and migration. The Open Discovery Space: A socially-powered
and multilingual open learning infrastructure to boost the adoption of
eLearning resources has a role to play there.

If you would like to talk about what open education means in your
country and cover recent initiatives and current activity then please do
get in touch.
