Dear All,

Many of you from the OER Community will be interested in hearing about a
relatively new project called Open Educational Ideas.

Despite a strong movement in recent years to publish openly licensed
material, OER reuse is still not a common practice in Higher Education,
schools and enterprises. Open Educational Ideas Project intend tackle
these issues by enabling Open Education at an early stage: instead of
sharing complete OER or Open Educational Practices (OEP), we aim to
share ideas in the early design process. We belive this process will
create a fundamentally different uptake of OER by creating Emotional
Ownership of OER.

This morning the project ran an introductory online workshop to get
people to start talking about OER issues and how ideas can be shared.
