[Open-education] Manual de Educação Aberta (or the Open Education Handbook)

Dear All,

On January 20th, as part of Education Freedom Day, the Open Education 
Handbook <http://education.okfn.org/handbook/> was translated and 
adapted to Portuguese. The translation took place at the the Digital 
Culture of Campinas (Brazil) and was led by Raniere Silva (from the Open 
Knowledge Foundation Brazil), Tel Amiel (from the Educação Aberta 
research group at UNICAMP) and Ricardo Panaggio (Mozilla Webmaker 
community member), with support from the Open Education Working Group.

Raniere, Tel and Panaggio have written a post 
<http://education.okfn.org/manual-de-educacao-aberta/> for us on how the 
translation went with some useful feedback for the development of the 
handbook. We also have the Portuguese version available for readers to 
download in EPUB format.
