[Open-education] Open Education around the World - Finland

Hi everyone, just my brief comments on Tarmo's contribution - thanks a lot first of all to Tarmo for the excellent post. Let me try to bring in some ideas as we have been very active in OER activities at the University of Jyväskylä. Anyway, would be nice to keep collecting stuff - some more starting points can be found in a Nordic project on OER uptake: http://nordicoer.org/find-oer/
Also, on a policy level, the Finnish situation has been analyzed by a project POERUP: http://poerup.referata.com/wiki/Finland
