The European Commission is hosting conference on education in the digital era on December 11th in Brussels (this is likely a reminder to many).

Prior to the conference Open Education Europa is animating the online conversation. Visit the conference site http://openeducationeuropa.eu/en/edu-in-digital-era or topic pages to inform the key issues that will be presented to all of Europe's Education Ministers at their meeting on 12th.

* Quality and relevance of learning: http://openeducationeuropa.eu/en/groups/quality-and-relevance-learning

*         Addressing education inequalities: http://openeducationeuropa.eu/en/groups/addressing-educational-inequalities

* Increasing the impact of educators: http://openeducationeuropa.eu/en/groups/increasing-impact-educators

You can also join the conversation on Twitter by following @OpenEduEU @mariaperif @stylianosm2 or @alexfbeard or using the hashtags #EdDigEra, #EdDigEra_Edu, #EdDigEra_Quality, #EdDigEra_Equality.

We're hoping to surface all of the biggest issues and key challenges in the field, so please also get in touch via other means if you'd like to contribute. Personally am newer to the tech side with a more traditional education background, so excited to hear others thoughts.
