Minutes from yesterday's call are now available:
http://education.okfn.org/minutes-from-5th-working-group-call/

There were some really juicy topics discussed including:

  * *Community*: a discussion about the number of open education
communities and groups around and the overlaps between them. One
suggestion was to have an online 'meta day' or 'open open day',
where all the different groups are represented.
  * *Open data use in schools*: Marco Fioretti gave talk on the
possibilities of open data use in schools for teaching. There were
some great ideas on how to move things forward through example
lesson plans, government support and teacher training.
  * *Translating CC*: Javiera Atenas raised the problem of Creative
Commons resources being predominantly available only in English. She
would like to see crowd-sourced translation.
  * *Lyon Declaration*: Bernard Nkuyubwatsi talked about Lyon
Declaration and its implication on the post 2015 education. Bernard
also shared that the Government of Rwanda is considering an open
    education policy - great news!

Thanks
