EC-TEL 2015 is approaching fast. Congratulations to those whose papers were
accepted! You can now complete your registration in the conference and book
your accommodation at Hotel Beatriz, the conference venue in Toledo. For
those whose work was not accepted, or did not have time to send
contributions, there are additional opportunities to present your work as a
poster, demo or as a workshop contribution or to participate in the
industry track.

Paper Authors:

At least one author of each publication (full paper, short paper, poster,
demo) must be registered at the full conference rate (i.e. even a student
author must be registered at the full conference rate if he or she is the
only author of the paper attending the conference). In case one author has
more than one publication at least one Full Student Ticket must be
purchased as additional paper fee for each additional paper in addition to
the full conference rate for the first paper. Otherwise the paper cannot be
published within the proceedings. If the same author wants to register for
several papers, then the author should fill in the form once for each paper
indicating the paper identifier each time.

Authors of accepted papers should register before June 21 2015, otherwise
papers cannot be included in the proceedings.

2nd call for posters and demos <http://ectel2015.httc.de/index.php?id=717>

The EC-TEL 2015 conference offers an opportunity to present existing
prototypes as demos and work in progress as posters to EC-TEL community. In
this 2nd call for demos and posters we invite contributions for
demonstrations and posters that can be exhibited and discussed along the
conference. Details of conference topics are available at
http://www.ec-tel.eu/index.php?id=696

A demonstration is your chance to fully engage EC-TEL attendees at a
personal level by letting them see, touch, squeeze, or hear your visions
for the future of TEL, or demonstrate highly interactive ‘TEL in Action’
(e.g. through implemented tools or real-time learning experiences). We
expect that your demonstration will be a reliably running prototype of your
vision that is ready to be tried out, questioned and interacted with. At
the conference, all accepted demonstrations will be invited to participate
in the EC-TEL 2015.

Posters report on significant work in progress. We will have an interactive
poster session in which you can present your work and elicit feedback from
EC-TEL participants.

In particular, we encourage demonstration and poster submissions that
complement an accepted EC-TEL paper submission, so that attendees can get a
direct experience of your work and discuss the work more deeply in addition
to the scientific presentation.

IMPORTANT DATES

Early bird registration deadline:    July 24th 2015

SUBMISSION FORMATS

For a demo, you need to submit a concise scientific description of your
research prototype, clearly showing how your technological innovation
realises a clear learning innovation. This needs to be in a paper that is a
maximum 4 pages long including references. In addition describe on maximum
2 pages how your prototype presented at the conference booth will look like
in the 2015 Demo-Shootout session. The participants of the EC-TEL
Demo-Shootout session will vote for the best EC-TEL prototype in this
session and the winner will be awarded. In addition, demos will be invited
to be exhibited in the poster/demo exhibition session.

For a poster, you need to submit a paper up to a maximum of 4 pages long
including references describing your work and the results that you plan to
achieve until September 2015.

Submissions should be submitted as pdf-file through a form on the EC-TEL
Website <http://ectel2015.httc.de/index.php?id=717> (see below) and should
be formatted according to LNCS instructions. The posters and demonstrations
accepted in this second special call will not be published in the
proceedings but will be exhibited during the conference. Demonstrations
accepted in this call will also be invited to participate in the "EC-TEL
2015 Demo-Shootout" and are eligible to win the first prize.

We are pleased to invite you to take part on the Industry Track at EC-TEL
2015, giving you the opportunity to share your insights and developments in
the field of Technology enhanced Learning in two-sessions event about
‘“Emerging technologies and their impact on learning: A corporate view” in
the framework of the 10th European Conference on Technology Enhanced
Learning (EC-TEL 2015).

The Industry Track is a forum for high quality presentations on innovations
in the TEL industry aiming at serving as a bridge between the Academia and
the society. This year will focus on emerging technologies applied to TEL
and their impact on learning processes viewed from the industrial
perspective. We therefore, encourage companies to present their innovative
products, trends, plans and experiences related to the following set of
themes:

   New technologies and advanced pedagogical approaches to corporate
   learning (MOOCs, OERs)
   -

   Game based approaches to learning (Serious Games, 3D Virtual Worlds,
   Game based applications)
   -

   Knowledge management and organizational learning in the industry
   -

   Learning Analytics applications

   Context aware systems
   -

   New business models for TEL
   -

   Other topics relevant to the EC-TEL conference. Check all Conference

The event will be run in two sessions. The initial session will be an
interactive forum where industry representatives will share their insights,
development and experiences with the audience and answer their questions.
The closing session will be a panel where speakers will discuss with the
audience some of the “open issues” addressed during the first session.

We will offer different packages for industry participants including also
the opportunity to advertise your company’s products and services at an
exhibition space. Information will be published at this website during the
next weeks. If you are interested in this opportunity to meet some of the
most relevant companies in the TEL arena, please enter in the form below
