A reminder that the next webinar organised by the Association for Learning Technology (ALT) Open Education Special Interest Group will take place this coming Monday 19 October from 12.30 to 13.15 BST, entitled The Open Academic: What does open practice mean for the practitioner? Professor Gráinne Conole, an open academic back from her days at the Open University coordinating studies, discussions and findings on Cloudworks and social media sites, and more recent work on key open education projects such as OPAL and EMMA, will be joining us to describe her journey as an academic working in the open.
We are planning for wide-ranging discussion from strategy to policy to practical tips. Hope to virtually see you there!
