[Open-education] Webinar tomorrow - OERup! Training Programme for adult educators

A new opportunity for adult educators to find out more about open 
educational practice:

On Wednesday of this week (21 Oct) the OERup! Training Programme starts 
with an opening webinar from 13:30 to 14:30 o'clock CEST (12.30 - 13.30 
BST for those in the UK).

In the webinar OER Expert Alastair Clark will provide important insight 
into the topic of open education, and information about the content, 
course, and delivery of the training that will be given.
