Hi Paul, 

Thanks for forwarding this, it’s always interesting to read different perspectives on OER, though this article just seems a bit unhinged rather than reasonably critical.  The comments make interesting reading though.  I wonder if any project has ever come in for more flak than the Learning Registry?!
