[Open-education] World OER Congress: Invitation to Contribute: OER Action Plan

Greetings Open Education Friends:

As you know, the 2nd World OER Congress will be in Ljubljana, Slovenia
on September 18-20, 2017: http://www.oercongress.org

UNESCO has released a draft "OER Action Plan" and has asked for our
comments and feedback. The draft OER Action Plan is available in English
and French:

   - French: http://www.oercongress.org/fr/woerc-actionplan/

*Deadline for feedback: September 7, 2017*

The final "OER Action Plan" will be built upon:

   - Online inputs received from stakeholders until September 7, 2017.
   - The outcomes of the six OER Regional Consultations: http://www.
   oercongress.org/events/regional-consultation
   <http://www.oercongress.org/events/regional-consultation>
   - Inputs from the debates and discussions at the 2nd World OER
Congress (September
   18-20, 2017 in Ljubljana, Slovenia)
