Dear all
Together with OER Info (Germany) we have been working on a small project to
provide to the Open Education Community a wide range of translated versions
of the OER canvas. The Canvas is a tool developed to help educators and
community to design OER or to convert teaching and learning materials into
OER, so hopefully, you will be able to use it during the upcoming Open
Education Week <https://www.openeducationweek.org/>
The translations were made by an international group of Open Educators,
including our friends from the Open Med Project, Nucleo REA, Open Education
Brazil, Go_GN, Opening up Slovenia, Wikimedia and by members of the
international chapters of the Open Knowledge Community. The Canvas is now
available in Arabic, Montenegrin, English, German, Slovenian, Spanish,
Galician, Catalan, French, Italian, Maltese, Greek, Nepalese, Japanese,
Dutch, Finnish, Portuguese and Swedish
You can access the Canvas, its translated versions and instructions on how
to use it here
https://education.okfn.org/handbooks/oer-canvas/
And if you want to translate the canvas into another language, you can
download it from here OER CANVAS
<https://drive.google.com/open?id=15UKaqCLm2PMnA4OzZb-qzR_Kp-T4u-aJ> and
contact us (also at @OKFNEDU <https://twitter.com/okfnedu>) to share it us
so we can add it to the the collection. The process is quite
straightforward, and it may take you about 30 to 45 minutes, to start you
need to install the libre office draw (you can download it from here
https://www.libreoffice.org/discover/draw/) and once you have the
translation complete, you can export it as PDF
Best wishes
