[Open-education] [cc-openedu] UNESCO OER Recommendation: good news

Hi Caroline,

I think you are on the right track. The image needs to have a clear
statement about copyright and permissions - the caption is a good place to
do this. The overall license info at the beginning of the resource could
also flag the varied status of the content by including something like
"except where noted..." or "some content under copyright and used by
permission..." This gives a heads-up to downstream users that they need to
either do their own fair use analysis or seek their own permission to
reproduce that content (or find a replacement) if they decide to reuse and
re-share your materials.
