[Open-education] FOSS4G North America Travel Grant Program and opportunities for volunteering for the community

FOSS4G-NA 2019 will be held  in San Diego, California from April 15th-18th,  2019. Program details at https://2019.foss4g-na.org/program/

FOSS4G-NA and Open Source Geospatial Foundation are pleased to provide a travel grant program for this event to assist those who would otherwise have difficulty attending. The OSGeo FOSS4G Travel Grant Program initiative has been operating since 2017 to facilitate accessibility and diversity at OSGeo global and regional FOSS4G events. Volunteering is a great way to contribute to the community. We are pleased to thank our volunteers and recognize their assistance.  Applicants to the Travel Grant Program<https://2019.foss4g-na.org/tgp> (TGP) may also use this as a demonstration of contribution to the community.
