Dear friends

I am arranging a meeting next month with some people at the Department of
Energy and Climate Change. The initial aim is to help DECC release a trove
of data on carbon reductions around the below energy efficiency programme as
open data in the best possible manner and explore interesting uses.

If this works out well, the idea is to look at opening up the models
themselves and populate them with data inputs from private organisations in
order to improve the understanding of national carbon reduction in
non-domestic emissions. This is a really worthy effort that could go from
open data to participatory co-production of policy models.

The meeting will be open to individual activists and developers, and it is
not an appropriate space for commercial companies to offer consultancy or
other services.

Please fill the poll and also mail me directly.
