Dear all,
Recently, the German Digital Library (DDB) was launched. It aims to
aggregate all of Germany's heritage and also becomes the official
aggregator for Europeana.
Unlike Europeana though, they have licensed all of their metadata under
copyright, making it impossible for reuse, even with Europeana.
More about it can be found on the OpenGLAM blog

Wikimedia Germany has also made a statement about the way the DDB licenses
their material (in German).

All the best,
Joris
