[open-heritage] Check this tumblr out! Re: Blog roll of case studies

+1 to linking from OpenGLAM site to both case studies and project links.

Let's brainstorm on the Tumblr and see where we get to. We may eventually
want to curate even the Tumblr in someway on the Open GLAM site to make the
list more coherent and more easily discoverable.
