[OpenGLAM] US OpenGLAM!

Hi everyone,

As of this week, I have started working at the Open Knowledge Foundation 
as the US OpenGLAM Coordinator. For our colleagues and cohorts in the 
United States - I can't wait to work with you. For those in Europe and 
beyond - I can't wait to do the same, and to take what you have created 
and see how we can bring aspects to the US.
