[OpenGLAM] [NEW BLOG] Keep it free: National Gallery of Art (US) creates open access policy

Hi everyone,

Our latest addition to the OpenGLAM blog is about the National Gallery 
of Art in the United States creating an open access policy. I spoke with 
Alan Newman, Chief of the Division of Imaging & Visual Services. He gave 
me some great insight into the goals and future plans for their public 
domain, online collection.

Much to my surprise, the open access policy was instituted in March. I 
can't believe it didn't come across our radars sooner!
