[OpenGLAM] Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library announces first Wikipedian in Residence

Hi everyone,

I put my volunteer hat on to write a blog for the US GLAM-Wiki blog 
about the newest Wikipedian in Residence - at a presidential library! 
Pretty much every US president gets their own library/museum, generally 
in their hometown - and they are sort of like franchises - the main 
administrating body is the National Archives and Records Administration, 
but each presidential library has it's own management, staff, etc.
