[OpenGLAM] Provide Feedback on extension of Europeana Licensing Framework to cover metadata and content

Hi all,

Europeana is looking into extending its licensing framework to include
richer metadata and - more important - content.

The first draft is ready and everybody is welcomed to review it. It can be
found here: http://pro.europeana.eu/pro-blog/-/blogs/1800365. Especially
the comments of data providers are extremely valuable.
