[OpenGLAM] Extension of OKCon Call for Proposals Deadline

Hi Everyone,

The *OKCon Call for Proposals* <http://okcon.org/call-for-proposals/> *was* due
to end tomorrow but we've have decided to *extend the Call’s deadline*.

So keep those great proposals coming in! *New deadline: 31st May.*

*If you have any ideas, but would like to talk them through with someone
before submitting. I'm happy to talk to people via Skype, just drop me an
email.
