Dear everybody,

In Sweden we have an ongoing project aiming to create a Wikipedia city in Umeå, a university city in the Northern part of Sweden. We call this project Umepedia and around it we have formed a strong coalition of different partners, of which two are museums.

On Thursday we plan to install the first two QRpedia signs on the museum buildings (at that date the museums are hosting the largest museum conference we have in Sweden with hundreds of GLAM professionals present). I was hoping that we could showcase how global and fantastic our community is by having the articles translated to as many languages as possible! I know there isn't that much time, but even a paragraph with the central things in place would be great!

I hope that you could take find some time to help us with a translation to your language. The articles are not that long but I believe that they do cover the most central parts about the museums.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guitars_–_the_Museum – the worlds largest Guitar museum (articles exists in Swedish and English)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Västerbottens_museum – the county museum in Västerbotten (articles exists in Swedish, Danish and English)

Thank you!

John
