[OpenGLAM] OpenGLAM events in April

Hi everyone,

the GLAMwiki conference in Mexico has been cancelled a couple of months
ago. It looks like there won't be a GLAMwiki conference this year, the
topics will be covered during the Wikimania
Conference<https://wikimania2014.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page>in
London (August 6-10).
