Hi Fabrizio,

Thanks for the clarification. So the way I read this as the real
implementation of a February decision. I turned it into this item:

Indeed, adoption and extension is now in the hands of the citizens. To show
those within government who took this step it is actually a good step
forwards. Is there something of a coders community in Uruguay that are eager
to take on open gov data? This next step, having the community structures to
deal with the available data, is something that is of importance in driving
adoption everywhere.

Are you aware of .uy blogs or websites dealing with open gov / open gov
data? Or perhaps a list of people on Twitter from .uy? So I could start
monitoring those people and sources for developments?
