[open-government] CityCamp in Guatemala City

Steven,

Synchronicity is always an interesting thing. We are planning an event
called Citizen 2.0 in Guatemala City in mid-October. Citizen2.0 seems to
have a lot in common with what CityCamp is about. We are focusing on
connecting people with online tools for civic issues, citizen
engagement, governance, economic and educational opportunities. I
believe there is an overlap there so perhaps it's not an either/or.
Would you be interested in having a discussion about this over the phone
and seeing if there is a match. In either case I am interested in
becoming a local partner and am confident that I can handle the
responsibility.

How about we chat next week? The best way to reach me is on my US number
which reaches me in Guate: (510) 384-0788.

Kind regards,
