[open-government] Launching the first Aid Transparency Assessment

Congratulations!
I just would like to let you know about a very interesting idea that the
Uruguayan government put in practice called "The cooperation map" Using a
simple interfase the department of international cooperation from the
Planning and Budget Office allows citizens to track down

I think is quite ingenious and innovative and comes from a government
perspective,which in this case is great news,
