Hi all,

A few of us have started preparing for an informal hackday focused
around the Eurostat data on 16th December 2010. The idea is to have a
dig into the Eurostat data and see if we can build anything
interesting with it (basic visualisations, simple web services, etc).
So far there will be in person meetups in Edinburgh and Berlin. If you
fancy joining in, or fancy organising something in your city, please
pop me an email off list! ;-)

More information is available at:

We'll probably be 'formally' announcing this early next week. In the
mean time, we'd appreciate any ideas on people we should ask. You can
also help by re-tweeting:

All the best,

Jonathan
