[open-government] Planning for Open Government Data Camp 2010

Hi Tim
The advocacy session I had in mind would dovetail/overlap with 2 and possibly 3. Maybe we could co-ordinate a stream of sessions generally coming from the end-re-user / transparency / non-governmental perspective -- not sure how to best define it -- to avoid the conference supermarket syndrome.
