[open-government] INTERNATIONAL OPEN GOVERNMENT DATA CONFERENCE

Great to see this - but a big shame the timing is so close to Open
Government Data Camp [1]! I spoke to Vivek Kundra about this in
September and he said he was very keen to come to the London event, as
long as he wasn't going to be in India on a trip with the president. I
guess maybe the OMB were keen to do their own international OGD event
- and for it to be the first one? ;-)

Perhaps we could try and coordinate a handover from the US event to
the London one?

All the best,

Jonathan
