Hi Daniel,
The LAPSI Thematic Seminar and Internal Conference (October 19th and 20th) are LAPSI meetings. LAPSI takes care of the overall organization. In principle the attendance is limited to LAPSI partners (working venues can host up to 40/50 people). Those who wish to join can contact me at this e-mail address.
The session of october 22nd is open. LAPSI is co-organizing it (at least) with the OKF (my understanding is that OKF is taking care of booking the working venues, adv., etc.). In case other projects want to co-organize this session - should you agree -, I am happy to be in contact with them.
I remain available for any further information.
Best Regards,
Cristiana Sappa

Hi Cristiana
These are excellent news!
Please let us know as soon as possible the details for the two side events on 19th and 20th (size, duration, other possible requirements, who should participate, what to expect, abstract). So we can help co-organise the necessary logistics, etc.
Also just to be sure, camp dates are:
* 17-19th October - pre-camp events (Monday to Wednesday)
* 20-21st October - camp (Thursday/Friday)
* 22-26th October - post-camp events (Saturday to Wednesday
So 19th and 22th would be side events and 20th session on the camp?
Best regards
Daniel

Then on October 22nd morning we would like to organize a legal session within the ODC (maybe on licenses issues or on public law obstacles to access and re-use). Any suggestion is welcome. Of course, should other projects wish to co-organize the legal session, we would be very happy to cooperate with CC, ODC and others.
