[open-government] [euopendata] PublicData.eu: what is it and why are we building it?

Hi Jonathan,
very nice initiative. I think its a great idea to approach this kind of "bigger picture" questions in an open and crowd sourced way - but will comments on a website be a scalable option? Anyways - I will add my 2ct to the comments.
