Hi Cynthia,
I am not aware of a centralized court records database - my guess is you would have to check an individual court's website for a specific case. There are too many issues with personal information in court records for these to be openly available.
Judgments are another matter - check out WorldLII for a nearly comprehensive catalogue of websites from around the world.

Does anyone know of any official or open source databases to conduct
legal searches (i.e. lawsuits) in EU and elsewhere? I'm looking for
something like a European version of PACER, the US court system
database....
Any suggestions are welcome!
