[open-government] Kenyan open data catalogue?

Jonathan,

Hi there. Jay Bhalla is coordinating the OpenData campaign in Kenya. I
met him briefly on a recent trip there, & am digging up his contacts
for you. The iHUB in Nairobi is planning a series of hackathons using
the new data, so it might be good to link up with them as well. I'm
doing a Skype chat with the iHUB folk (& possibly Jay) later this
afternoon, so will mention that you'll be contacting them & will also
urge them to join OKF.
