Dear all

here is our initial position document on the UK PDC, as part of the official engagement (not consultation, for the public policy boffins out there!) that finished last Friday.

The process for its development will carry on for another 6 to 18 months, and there will be other opportunities to intervene.

Please let us know what you think, any advice welcome.
