[open-government] Russian elections as opendata - stat.golos.org

Hi, everybody!

Yesterday russian NGO "Golos" (trans: Voice) that monitors all russian
elections announced russian elections statistics projects -
http://stat.golos.org
Here collected all russian elections data from 2003 to 2011 for all election
levels (federal, regional and municipal) and all russian regions
It's about 36834 elections.

Everything is available as open data and CSV file that represents election
results for every election included.
