[open-government] Open-Data in Turkey

Hello,

Is anyone on this list involved in Open-Data in Turkey? I will be in Istanbul and would love to grab coffee with someone working on issues in that country. Does anyone know if a rundown on the current state of affairs for open-government in Turkey?
